Lorri's New Blog Design???

Well, hey there blog overlookers! Tomorrow is the day that Lorri should be redesigning her blog, so I'm waiting for something that can smack me hard in the face. The thing I can't understand is, her blog used to be perfect. I mean, isn't everything about her perfect???
Let's face the facts here, Lorri, is a math genius. Other than that, a great writer too. To put it simply, her new blog design is going to be a success. (Her dream of being an architect shall be put to test tomorrow!) Go visit her at http://diaryofabookwormblogurl.blogspot.ca/

Question to self:

I'm just here wondering why pet shops don't sell otters or hedgehogs. All they seem to have are cats and dogs... And fish.

Don't judge me... Otters are awesome.

League of Legends

Well, hey blog overlookers! Recently I've been doing things quite... Unrelated to anime or Pokemon. Such as playing League of LEGENDS! Well, I actually made an account quite a long time ago but I've just never used it as much as I do now. It's so addicting. (Haha, once I find something I like to do, you can expect me to be doing that thing for hours and days.)
Back then, I was more of the mage-ish kind of person. The only champion I ever used was Annie. Now, moving onto Rammus, playing Annie is like committing suicide. I've realized how squishy she is... (Pshh yaaaa... Rammus is a tank... DUH)
Note: If you are a pro at League, I would like to say that these opinions are from a noob. Hence, the inaccuracy of... Everything.
Gosh. There was one game that I played with my friend, and he was around level 30, while little Rammus was like, level 11. I was matched with players his level and got... Yes. I sucked. The funny thing is, most people around my level aren't so unsupportive of their teammates. None of them consider a game of League like their life... (Well, to say the truth, I did die a lot during the game... Ug. What do you expect of a level 11 noob thrown into a game of pros? It's like Annie facing a bunch of extremely tough champions... *ehmagerd Tibbers help me!!!*) But the other games we played together were awesome. Hehehe... That Rammus gank.
Once I get the hang of Rammus, I might consider buying Singed. His fling is really scary and he's good at farming, so I'm probably going to buy him around this month if I'm not going t save up for a 6300 IP champion. (Sejani maybe???)

Angel Beats

Hey blog overlookers! (That's not even a word...) I've recently finished an anime that I considered actually really good. Ya! Angel Beats! The whole story is based on people that had an unfair life when they were living. When they died, their souls were put into this afterlife, but because they had harsh lives they wanted to fight God.
The main character, Yuzuru Otonashi was a boy who lost his memory when he appeared in the afterlife. He was the only one who didn't believe "Angel" was the antagonist, despite the thoughts of the others.
The genre for this story is tragedy, fantasy, and school-life. Trust me. It's not as boring and mundane as you might think.

The Importance of Starters

We all, at some points in our lives, gave away our starter Pokemon for the "better" ones. But starters are actually a very important part of the game. They are the ones who first brought us into the world of Pokemon. They were the ones to take the first step with us. No matter which type you chose, water, fire or grass, you chose that one.
My first Pokemon was Piplup. I started the game when I was 7 or 8, so the first game I ever came to play was Pearl. I never gave away my Piplup, because of the fact that you could always rely on him. No matter in what situation, Piplup would be the first to enter a battle, whether was it with other trainers or facing wild Pokemon.
Starter Pokemon always would have that special connection that only you and it would share. Sometimes, they can be more than just pixels on a gaming device. They can become your friend, and can help you through problems you would never face alone.

I Absolutely Hate Titles

Merp. I set my reading goal to 50 books this year, and I'm very far behind. I better start reading... :/ Every time I finish a book, I tend to forget about the whole reading contest thing, or the internet's way too slow to use. I'm feeling so annoyed.
Should I start blogging about my Pokemon adventures? 0.o

INTERNET...Internet...internet...

I feel like that fish that had the misfortune of getting dumped in the middle of the desert again... Only having about half a gigabyte left of data, you can't really do anything. I'm missing out on most of the youtube videos I love so much... It's depressing to not have a proper internet. We are supposed to get the internet fixed next week, and that's making me really impatient. :D
But Pokemon has always been there for me. >:D I finally passed the Pokemon League for Pokemon Platinum, but apparently, Azelf decided to not appear in its cave, so I can't exactly move on without completing the Pokedex. (*sigh... Such good childhood memories...) I ditched the game for Pokemon Black after giving up on completing the Pokedex. Now... Where am I supposed to get a sun stone for my Cottonee. :( Note: Pokemon was basically my childhood... No complaining. I still prefer Sinnoh, though. What's the Pokemon Musical supposed to do? I can't wait until I get to meet the legendary. (Lord N should be there, right???)
These days, I find myself using the old google chat. I really hate the new format. You can no longer become invisible anymore... :( And it's hard to see the people that are online. I'm also finding myself to hate Outlook. Where did the old Hotmail go?

Another Awesome Quote

“Here's to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers. The round pegs in the square holes. The ones who see things differently. They're not fond of rules. And they have no respect for the status quo. You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them. About the only thing you can't do is ignore them. Because they change things. They push the human race forward. And while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius. Because the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones who do.”

A Very Late Happy Canada Day

I hate the fact that my internet still doesn't decide to connect - yet. I had planned to post exactly on Canada Day, until I found out that the internet refused to connect. So here I am, (again) at my friend's house, writing up a very late post. >:( This is getting quite annoying.
So... How was everybody's Canada Day? :D I actually had a performance that day. I would prefer staying at home and stick my nose into a book or spend my time on the internet, but that choice seems pretty far-fetched. :( I envy Lorri. (For those of you who don't know her, she's my awesome friend, and an awesome blogger. Go follow her at http://diaryofabookwormblogurl.blogspot.ca/. Not that I have any followers myself... T^T) She probably has all the time in her life to read. If you guys ever have the chance to visit downtown Toronto, prepare yourselves with plenty of food and water supplies. There are a lot of festivals and events that will most likely go on until the night. It's normally like that too, so if you ever get to go to Canada, stop by Toronto. :)
I'm still not sure what this blog is for, but when I go to university, I'll probably be learning physics, so there will be some changes to this blog. I mean, who isn't interested in meeting their clone that only exists about a few million light years away? Or traveling back in time, hopefully not creating a time paradox? (TIME PAIR OF SOCKS! For those of you that are fans of Bravest Warriors, I love you! :D) And what about the parallel universe theory? It's all quite fascinating, so I'm not sure why people would think physics is boring. Of course, I'm still a young person with wild dreams, so correct me if I'm wrong.

Last Day of School

Grr. For the past few days, my internet hasn't been working. So here I am, sitting at my friend's house, awkwardly typing up something that isn't going to be even read by anyone except for the awesome Lorri. (I'm gonna call her that. :D)
Oh hello... People all the way from Asia and South America. I just checked on my views for this blog like a second before I started this post, and voila! Views all the way from Spain. (I really want to go see the world one day, so viewers from other countries! I shall visit you guys one day! I'm not creepy. Really. :3) But they probably just skipped mine... Nobody trusts Google Translate.
It's finally the end of the year! I'm gonna be missing everybody. At least I'll be seeing N.A., Lorri and A.A this summer. I wonder who will be in my class next year, but most likely, I won't be very impressed. >:D
On Wednesday, the day before the end of the school year for us, we went to the Toronto Zoo as an end of the year trip. It was actually fun...Kinda... We never had one trip in this school year.(I absolutly hate the fact that our extra-curricular activities got cancelled. Screw the strike.) HAHA. We actually got to see the pandas sent from China! *sigh... Go see them if you haven't already. They're only gonna be in Toronto for... Well a few years. :D (*Pending photos from N.A. and Lorri. Sorry, there was a techical problem with the 5k photos, so I couldn't post them. :( I'll try and get the zoo photos up here, kay?) Shouldn't the animals be kept in bigger areas? Sometimes I wonder, if there was a parallel universe where us humans were kept in cages and zoos.
Parties in my school suck. The only good part in that day was the movie we watched. I'm guessing most of you guys would find this movie boring, because most of the people in my school were complaining about how their time was wasted, but for me, personally, was one of the most amazing movies I watched. I don't watch much movies, so my opinion of "good" movies might be kind of... Twisted? (Can't find the word for it. I hate my limited vocabulary.) The movie was called "October Sky." This probably sounds like the most boring movie ever, because it's about a dude and how his dream is to make rockets although everybody in his town are coal miners. At least it's based on a real story, right? :D Ok. I probably do have a bad taste for books and movies. (Ever watch Forrest Gump before? Watch it.)
Ok. Amira's rambling on and on again. Bye bye until I decide to post again!

5km Run!!!

It was exhausting. Period. Haha! At least I actually finished... I thought I would die half way. :D 24.45 minutes is pretty good, I guess. (I'm still young, fellow followers. :P Don't judge me... =u=) Note to self: NEVER. EVER. JOIN. 42. KM. MARATHONS. My legs are killing me... The only reason I ever decided to run was the fact that there was free food. And freezes. (Is that how you spell it? XD Probably not.) Oh ya, we had to pay 5 dollars in advance, so, basically, not exactly free. >:D I ended up 45th in like, 250 people... That's depressing, since there was this dude in my class who, I don't know how, got 12th place.
So, if you guys ever get the wonderful chance to run a marathon, here's a tip for you guys. Do not trust ANYBODY when they say that the end is only "up ahead." (I have a story behind this... >u<) It will ruin your race. Tip #2. Take pictures of you and the finish line with your friends before hand, since you'll be drenched in sweat, and... (We took our pictures before... I'm just waiting for my friend to send me the photos so I can post them here. :D)
On yes, I almost forgot to tell you guys! I shall be calling my other two awesome friends that joined me in the race A.A. and N.A. (Ok. Those are initials, meaning, N.A. doesn't stand for "not applicable..." >:D) You'll see them in the photo that I am waiting for. :)

Introduction?

Hello! (What a lame way to start off your first post... :D)
So hello, fellow "zero" followers. I actually started to blog when my friend, lorri300 (I wasn't sure if she wanted her real name here. :P), introduced me to this wonderful world of blogging. She has an awesome blog about books and book reviews, so like it or not, I'm gonna use her blog as a stepping stone. (My blog, right?) Go visit it at http://diaryofabookwormblogurl.blogspot.ca/. (BTW, I'm using some of her "quotes" in this paragraph, so hopefully she won't sue me... :))
Anyways, I should probably be starting off with an introduction... I like going outside. Like, anything related to sports, basically. (Actually, I change that answer... I'm not a really big fan of soccer or basketball. >:D Sorry, guys.) I love snowboarding and skiing, but to be honest, I suck. ^.^
So, this blog, I guess would be mainly about the daily random things that I fatefully encounter. I'm not sure what is the main purpose of this blog, yet, but, I'm sure, one day... T^T *sigh... I hate the fact that lorri300's blog actually has a subject... =u=
Oh, and if you just came here by accident wondering if you could find some answers to your physics homework, well, you're out of luck. Personally, I find math and physics pretty interesting, but me, I'm a noob, so you'll get better answers from a rock. I'm pretty sure, that everybody has once questioned themselves about the creation of the universe, or the purpose of life. For me, I try to find an answer, but then everything becomes way too complicated for my liking, so I just stop thinking about it. =u= *sigh... The mystery of our existence...
Ug... Every time I'm given paper (or some kind of virtual paper, in this case), I ramble on and on... So I'm guessing that this shall be the end for today. Goodbyes, fans, readers... and friends... um... have a nice day!
